As part of the registration process we are required to record some personal information, including your name, the organisation you represent and your contact details.

Why are we collecting this information?This registration sheet is being used by the Catalyst Project for project monitoring, reporting and evaluation purposes.  We are required to collect this information as the project and this event is part funded by the EU’s Ireland Wales Cooperation programme who require evidence of your attendance.

Who will your information be shared with and how will it be used?The information will be shared with the project partners, the Ireland Wales Programme (which includes the Welsh European Funding Office [WEFO]) and independent auditors in order to verify that this event took place, and who attended it.  The project partners are: University of Wales Trinity Saint David, WRAP Cymru, Carlow County Council, Tipperary County Council and IT Carlow. The project partners will use this data to compile reports on the type and location of organisations who have participated in, been informed about or have and benefitted from the project.

How will your information be stored?Your information will be stored securely by the project partners and the Ireland Wales Programme and will be used solely for project monitoring and audit purposes under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Your data will be held until 31/12/2025 after which time it will be deleted.  The data will also be deleted before that time if a request is made for deletion which is acceptable under GDPR.
